Order Processing
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared before it is ready for shipment.

During peak seasonal periods like Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the Christmas holiday season, processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following U.S. shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3~4 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

Delivery times begin after the order has been processed.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Fulfillment
We use a 3rd party 3PL service network to ship your orders for fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

  • Orders shipping within the United States with an order value of $100 or more before taxes will have free expedited shipping.
  • Orders shipping within the United States with an order value of $40 or more before taxes will have free standard shipping.

Please see below for standard shipping cost breakdown:

  • Order value less than $40 and >= $25 before taxes will have flat standard shipping rate of $3.99
  • Order value less than $25 before taxes will have flat standard shipping rate of $5.99

Please see below for expedited shipping cost breakdown:

  • Order value less than $100 and >= $70 before taxes: expedited shipping option available for $4.99
  • Order value less than $70 and >= $25 before taxes: expedited shipping option available for $8.99
  • Order value less than $25 before taxes: expedited shipping option available for $12.99

Returns Shipping

For returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind, a flat rate return shipping fee of $14.99 will be charged (in addition to a 5% restocking fee).

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2 business days for possible carrier delays.
